Dr Lucy Geraghty completed her Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with First Class Honours and awards for academic excellence at the University of Sydney. She completed Basic Physician Training and Cardiology Advanced Training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Lucy is a general cardiologist. She has a sub-speciality interest in multi-modal cardiac imaging and is currently undertaking a fellowship in cardiac cross-sectional imaging at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Lucy has also completed her American Society of Echocardiography board certification examination.

Lucy is dedicated to teaching medical students and doctors in training. She holds a position as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and as an Associate Education Coordinator with the RPA Basic Physician Training program.

  • General cardiology including preventative medicine, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, inherited, coronary and valvular disease.

  • Multimodal cardiac imaging including echocardiography, computed tomopgraphy (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
