Valve and structural referrals

Mark referrals for TAVI, TEER, ASD/PFO closure or LAA occlusion assessment to A/Prof Jordan Fulcher — via the channels above or directly to structuralheart@cardiology.sydney and include, where available, the latest echocardiogram report, ECG, medication list and renal function.
