Dr Hayden McColl is a cardiologist with sub-specialty expertise in Cardiac MRI and cross-sectional cardiac imaging.

He completed his Doctor of Medicine (with Distinction) at the University of New South Wales. He subsequently completed his Basic Physician Training and specialty training in Cardiology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

In addition to his clinical interests, Dr McColl is also a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, conducting research focusing on novel diagnostic techniques in heart failure and coronary microvascular function. His prior research in sports medicine was awarded the Arthur C. Rettig Award for Academic Excellence by the National Football League Physicians Society. Dr McColl also serves as an Associate Clinical Lecturer for the University of Sydney, and is regularly involved in the teaching of medical students and junior doctors.

Dr McColl is committed to delivering thorough, compassionate, and patient-centred care across the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease.
